Support Options

Geocomp Consulting offers varying levels of support to customers of Geocomp Consulting products. The standard options are:
  • 30 day free support with product purchase
  • one year support with annual maintenance agreement
  • customised maintenance agreements by prior arrangement with product purchase
Support options for eligible users include access to:
  • Knowledge Base
  • Downloads
  • Support Centre

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base contains references to a variety of articles describing some of the more common issues or questions that users have with our software. If you are having a problem of some sort, look here for a solution or guide. Search our Knowledge Base for answers to common queries and problems.

If you do not find the information you are looking for in the Knowledge Base you can go to the Support Centre to Request Support.


If you are searching for a program update, help file update or other download  then proceed to the Downloads section. The download pages contain:
  • program updates
  • program component or supporting application updates
  • on line help updates
Proceed to the Downloads section if you are looking for any of these type of files for:
  • GeoCivil
  • GX
  • GeoLIS

Support Centre

The Support Centre is the place to make support requests, and to manage existing and old support tickets. A ticket is generated for each support request, whereupon you can monitor its progress and use it to interact with the support team.
